The price is right for the area. I book, and pay, for my room about a week in advance, and I've never paid more than $70. Due to work, I have to travel to Warren every other month or so. I've been coming to this Super 8 since January, 2011. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always clean. Television, microwave, and larger refrigerator are emenities that have not been in rooms I've paid twice as much for. The breakfast in the morning isn't stellar, but it just would not be cost effective to have much more because this is Warren, PA, and not Reading or even Erie. I keep coming back to the Super 8 in Warren because of the price and the fact that, in my half dozen + visits, I've never been given a reason to complain.

clean, in the process of updating. Bed was comfortable, and the rooms were clean.
I thought this would be gross and a terrible place, it was actually very clean and nice inside. While $90 a night is kind of steep for Warren, PA it is one of the nicer places you can stay.
