The rooms are very old and pretty dirty. Only two outlets in the entire room. The second night I was there the guys next door came home drunk at 2 am and were throwing rocks in the parking lot and began pounding on my windows and door. I called the front desk multiple times with no answer. I went outside to ask them to stop and the drunks left and came back with more guys and began kicking my door and cursing at me. I was about to call the police when they stopped and went into the room next door carrying on loudly for hours. I called the front desk several more times and never got an answer.The next day when I went to the desk the girl told me those guys had stayed there multiple times and that they never caused any problems but she would talk to them.
I am a PA student on a tight budget so I was willing to be extremely forgiving, but this was just an absolute nightmare. The girl at the desk had already charged my card for the entire planned stay of one month. She charged me the full rate for a 3 day stay and it took 4 days to get the rest of my money back on my card.
AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS!!! If I could give it negative stars I would.
I got a room two different times and was getting bit by something but not sure what. Does not return money if you have to check out early. Owner hard to.understand
I stayed at this hotel for a little while. It is nice priced, awesome new management, very kind people and its very quite at night hours never heard people coming in or out and just very clean and over all for the price. It did not have a ice machine but I just asked the manager for ice and was more then willing to help me out also if I had any problems at all I just called the hotel number and asked for assistance and they were just grear. it was an awesome place if anyone goes to warren pa I highly recommend this motel..
What an utter disaster this place is, you're better off sleeping in a gutter or your car. If you don't get attacked by belligerent drunks or have your luggage infested with bedbugs, you still will not be able to get anything done except watching basic cable on an old TV.

Half of the motel was closed due to a BED BUG infestation when I checked out.
The wifi was out on my entire side of the motel for my stay of 3 days. When I reported it the first day the girl at the counter said they would look into it. By the 3rd day she told me a cable must be cut or something and a guy would fix it in a week. She said I could move to a room on the other side of the motel. Attempting to avoid the drunks next door and hoping to get wifi, I packed up my stuff and went to get a key to my new room as she had advised me to do. Surprise, the girl said sorry but the other side of the hotel was currently closed because of a bedbug infestation.
I need to say that the girl at the counter was attempting to manage the motel and take care of her young child, and she was never rude to me, she was trying to do a good job.
