We were there for a work meeting. Breakfast buffet was good with lots of choices. The meeting room was clean. The staff were pleasant.
Wonderful! Stayed the last week-end of October. You do need to ask if you want a mini fridge in your room. Promptly and courteously got it to our room. Most importantly, there was a snafu with the charges to our credit cards for the room that my sister and I were sharing for a family reunion. Over the course of 3 tries and 3 days (arrived Friday night and left Sun morn). by staff, still a difficulty. Without my sister and I having to ask, the manager, I believe Tifiany, removed the charges for our trouble and as a courtesy. This was wonderful service and what you hope for when visiting a hotel. Problems can by encountered by the best of the best; it is how you are treated and taken care of that determines the outcome. This hotel and staff knows how to run a business. 5 stars for this hotel. As a sidenote, my sister and I were polite and respectfully when discussing this matter with the staff and I believe this is worth noting. It makes a difference to treat others how you want to be treated. Finally the breakfast was excellent, always kept stocked and the staff genuinely seemed to care about it being "right." LOVE THIS HOTEL
We stayed over Christmas. It was quiet and the staff was very friendly. Great Continental breakfast even on Christmas morning.
Excellent place to stay for the night. Or whatever you decide. Clean, comfortable. Great free breakfast. Don't go away hungry.
Very friendly and helpful staff. We weren't sure whether we were staying one or two nights, so they just reserved the room for the second night and we could decide in the morning. The room was big, clean and well maintained. Breakfast was good and had options for everyone. Also great were all the amenities: business center, indoor pool, fitness center and free wifi. The proximity to the Allegheny National Forest makes it perfect if you are planning activities in that area. I can definitely recommend this hotel to everyone.
