I've noticed an awesome change in this store the past year or so. A lot of new employees have made the store look really nice. It used to be real bad.
Apparantly they like to hire people that dont like to give customer service!!!!!

This store has disappointed me on MANY occasions and I always swear I wont go back, this time I mean it!
Workers are friendly
Woman was rude to me and my daughter while purchasing shoes. She refused to even bend down and help my 9 year old with the basketball shoes or tie them. She indicated that she wouldnt go near her feet since she just got done playing soccer and she was sweaty.
I then asked for socks and all 3 associated ignored me. I asked DIRECTLY to the 3 and they didnt hear me because they were carrying on a personal conversation. I left with my barefoot daughter even though I was going to purchase the $42.00 shoes.
