When I broke down at 2:30 or 3am in 26°F weather. he got out of his nice warm bed and towed my car and my wife and I 60miles back home and made conversation instead of just being quiet. That made a very enjoyable tow all things considered. Thanks Penn mark!!!

So rude. AAA dispatched them to me a few years ago and the driver was so disrespectful because my mechanic was in Youngsville, and from Warren that was just too far. Now I'm sitting in my moms car with her, which we've been in for about an hour. Penn Mark personally called my mom and told her he couldn't come until "a couple hours after dark" and to "leave the key in the gas tank lid". Excuse me? No. So we called AAA Back, to find out Penn Mark told them they were "en route" and within the hour. Sketchy, wouldn't be such a problem if they were honest with AAA, and told them they were stranding us... when our premier AAA account guarantees first towing, within the hour. Thank you to the new tow truck driver from Corry, who actually apologized for you being so unprofessional.
