The best newly opened store for the biggest variety of items, the best place for sales from the ad. Buy 1 get 2 free or buy 2 get 3 free. To save the most while shopping there only buy whats on sale. Other items not on sale are a little higher in price. Sale price of specials can make up for that, but to get the best bang for your buck, stick with purches from ads

We've lived in the area and shopped occasionally at Tops for a year now. I will no longer be shopping there. More often than not, interactions with clerks have been negative. They are often brusque, snappy, rude, and downright insulting to people. I even had a checkout person criticize my choice in purchasing organic produce. I will make the trek to Wegman's rather than continue to support a business that cares so little for courtesy towards its customers.
There hi price on some thinks the place is drity too
