The only reason I gave this rip off artist 1 star is because I couldn't put zero. This guy is a joke and his staff are unprofessional as well. We have been there 4 times to "discuss " putting a tube in my wife's ear. ( Probably because our copay is $60 per visit.) He just wants to waste the patients time and scam the insurance out of as much money as possible. We were there again today, we have two insurance coverages and their "billing specialist" was too lazy/ incompetent to make a couple phone calls and figure out in which order to bill. I would not recommend this guy. We will not be going back to this unethical office ever again.
I had exactly the opposite experience as the other reviewer. The staff was very polite and answered all my questions. VERY THROUGH. I was very comfortable considering that they needed to go down my throat with a scope. They made a potentially negative experience into a positive one.
