Horrible from start to finish to deal with. The customer is never right in their minds. Product arrived damaged and it was "sorry to bad". We spent thousands with them and was a hugge mistake. Will be filing claims against this company.
Purchased maintenance supplies and Pinecone fire starters from them in the past. The gentleman from their customer service department was especially helpful in helping me choose the correct pellet stove door glass and replacement gasket. Everything arrived on time and in excellent condition. When we put in our fireplace, I will be calling!
Ordered a steel mantel shelf, took some time but product arrived and looks great in our media room above the fireplace. I love it.
I suggest everyone purchase elsewhere since they are in-between you and the vendor they order for you. I regret purchased on this site. The reviews on their website must be their own since I was not able to leave one there. If you look on yelp and google there, you will find the true reviews. If you do still purchase from them make sure you ask for the full detail of the product since it is very vague on their website. Note they have a no return policy even if they make the mistake.

Customer service is horrible. Unprofessional and rude, I suggest everyone look somewhere else. Regret going onto there site and ordering anything. Would not give refund even before item was shipped
