They are always nice whenever I come in for service. I’m always treated with respect. Only place I go for service now.
I had a $20 off coupon for any service over $75 at Monro and decided to get my car's shocks replaced. Both times I set foot in the place, the guy at the counter was on a non-business related phone call, and instead of hanging up to talk to me, he finished his conversation (taking multiple minutes.) I got a call the day it was being serviced and the technician said I needed a new tie-rod end on the passenger side and instead of $220 as a total they could take care of it for ~$550.
They rotated my tires over tightening them and ruined my rear brakes. Just had vehicle inspected two weeks before i went there. The brakes scored 8 to 10 during inspection. Now it cost me $400+ to fix. This was the first and last time I will ever go there. Just go to Warren Tire Center everyone
I knew I could fix this myself for about $90 so I told them no thanks. When I got the vehicle back, it had a slight steering issue and the alignment seemed off. I replaced the tie rod end and that corrected NEITHER of the problems.
Some nice mechanics I use that term loosely. But inflation inflation.... A simple bolt costing from dealer 6 dollars is going to cost 20 and take 3x as long to get in. NO THANK YOU!!!!!!! poor service poor pricing poor customer care.
If I had it to do over again, I'd have thrown out the $20 coupon and taken it to another local garage or just changed them myself. Avoid.
