This was a couple months ago but he deserves the credit. I believe it was Tyler, a younger guy around my age. Treated me with respect the entire time. I looked at 2 vehicles test drove the one that fit my needs better. Unfortunately due to expensive insurance I wasn't able to make the purchase. Other than that, I would've purchased. I've worked in sales and this is one of the only sales experience that was literally no pressure. I refer people to him when they ask me about buying cars.

My husband and I were in a bit of a pinch when the old "beater" truck that we purchased to save money ended up being a money pit instead. We heard about the Push/Drag/Pull Sale at Midtown Motors and thought we would give them a try. We test drove a few vehicles with the help of our salesperson, Glen. Glen was attentive to our needs, our financial restrictions, and was very patient and kind. We have had bad experiences in the past with dealerships trying to take advantage of our youth, but we did not have that problem with Midtown Motors at all. We were treated with respect and decency. We ended up purchasing a 2014 Ford Escape that we love. A week after we purchased the vehicle, we had an issue with a door handle. When we contacted Midtown Motors regarding this, it was handled - no questions asked. A representative even drove out to to swap out vehicles with us so that we didn't have to drive the 40+ miles to do it ourselves. It was 4th of July weekend - we had many plans and family was in town, so we REALLY appreciated the offer. We are very happy with our experience and we love our vehicle so far. When a dealership treats people right, they gain lifelong customers. We will definitely be purchasing more vehicles from Midtown Motors in the future.
I love my new 2017 Ford Escape! I feel that I got the best deal that I possibly could have gotten for a brand new car and love that Midtown Motors offers the opportunity to purchase a new vehicle at a discounted price utilizing the loaner program. The sales people were very helpful and informative regarding all of the various switches/knobs/controls included within the vehicle.
I will probably buy there again. Only thing bad was the pushy sales person that finalized my sale. He somehow convinced me to pay 2 grand for a 30 thousand mile extended warranty. I thought I was paying for 60,000 but found out it was good till the car hit 60,000, since the car already had almost 30,000 I only get 30,000 miles more of warranty. For $2,000.. I felt like I got robbed when I found that out the next day. I complained and he said "well you already signed the papers"... I'm sure he made a good commission on it.
